Its almost like u dont even believe any of the things u say but just say it because in the moment it fits ur headcanon. Really makes u lose credibility but go off I guess.

If you want to believe Hickman is a great Jean write, go on. It's your opinion, you don't need validation for that

I was told Jean hated Emma for humiliating her by stealing her man bros.

I don't think they're giving Scott an harem, more like everyone is screwing everyone kind of deal.

I hope we see Jean and Logan together. Possibly Emma banging Namor.

What continuity? The time Jean brought Emma back from the dead when Esme shot her? The time she rescued her from a rock in the middle of the ocean? The time she saved her from Lady Masterminds illusion from beyond the grave? The time Emma served as a conduit for all of Jeans loved ones to express their love for her? It seems like its u guys who havent been paying attention to continuity.

And the "writer does what he wants" excuse holds as much weight here as it does in every other run, its a little disingenuous to invoke it only when you dont like a development. Then again being disingenuous seems to be a prerequisite to be a member of certain fandoms.

You're arguing that because Jean Grey didn't let some drugged-up clone murder Emma Frost that it follows that she would want to be friends/share sex partners with her, but I'm being disingenuous. Suuuure, buddy.

It's ok to like a writer's choices, but your personally liking them doesn't make those choices above criticism and commentary.

This is a clear example of something happening most obviously because the writer wants it to, which is fine. He was hired to put forth his prerogative, after all.
