Rictor looks almost exactly the same as Gambit, at least change his hair style, shave him or something.

I hope theres nothing wrong with his powers and hes just been hung over for weeks. More relatable.

It could be something happened to him and messed him up psychologically and that's why he is having trouble controlling his powers. Notice he has the box of Earth in his home, like he's afraid to go outside, and his powers aren't triggering inside the house. It's like a form of agoraphobia. Or anxiety and depression similar to what Jessica Cruz had after the trauma she went through on the camping trip with her friends, where they were all killed by the mobsters.

I wonder if they are going to address his relationship with Shatterstar in this issue, is that why he is having trouble controlling his powers, and why he's so upset, because they broke up and it's thrown him off and into depression!

I wonder if that's Shatty calling him by way of Jean or Emma calling card.

Like a SHOCKWAVE, Rictor FINALLY... brings the JUICE, that this title so sorely needed - viva la Julio!

I predict he will be the unforeseen STAR of the show, from hereto forward. And rightly so, as I've long considered him a hidden gem, of the Mutant mythos.
