I was going to ask about Ultraman, so I am glad you added that info. Although, why would the non-kryptonite one become a Vampire?

Um... IIRC his universe's Monitor was a vampire somehow. the monitor turned Ultra-man to be a super-mook or something. But since ultra-man in that universe had no sunlight in his body he has no immunity to vampires

That's correct, Mandrakk the Dark Monitor turned the Anti-Matter Ultraman into a vampire. As a nod to this, the Blood League of Earth-43 had an Ultraman instead of a Superman.
