Will Witcher draw more comparisons to "Mandalorian" than "Game of Thrones"?

While Witcher has a big kind of civil war story in the background, it's also about a mostly lonely bounty hunter from a nearly extinct group of elite mercenaries with a complicated stepdaughter wanted by the bad guys....although Geralt's skills are perhaps more similar to the Jedi Knights (For example he has a "mind trick" power) than the technology of the Mandalorian.

The Witcher has a heavy focus on sex and violence, stuff that Star Wars owing to its all-ages limit, doesn't tackle.

So I think it will be compared to Game of Thrones, i.e. people will know it's filling the space that GOT occupied.

Yeah, good point. Even going by just the games, Witcher pretty much stretches the limits of what can be shown in video games. Of course other games like Fallout and Assasins Creeds have "romances" but nothing is ever really shown. (Possibly because AC has a bit of a YA audience as well)

Neither. I have seen the trailer and it looks more like Xena: Warrior Princess and Beastmaster than anything close to Game of Thrones
