What are your favourite X-Men v Sentinels storylines ?
I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.
(Marvel/DC fan for 44+ years)

The one where the X-Men trick them into flying into the sun.
Byrne/Claremont's NYC Sentinel attack(prelude to the Phoenix saga).
DoFP.

Nimrod counts, right?
Then the first time we see a Nimrod unit actually get stopped: by the X-Men holding the line so Henry Leland can max out his powers to drop Sebastian Shaw with the force of a small meteor onto one.

That was Claremont/Cockrum, not Byrne. Byrne didn’t draw the Sentinels until DoFP. Originally Posted by yogaflame

DoFP is probably the definitive X-Men vs Sentinels. I'd also throw in the Claremont/Cockrum story.

Operation Zero Tolerance. At least it felt different. The Prime Sentinels kind of disappeared minus Karima. Plus it gave the fine line up with Cecilia Reyes, Marrow, and Iceman.

"Days of Futures Yet to Come", or "Rachel Summers Learns to Code".
I enjoy Sentinel scenes, rather than storylines. Like there are iconic Quitely and Cassaday Sentinel scenes. I'm sure there are others.
