Default End of Silence of the Lambs on AMC

Does anyone else remember when The Silence of the Lambs came on AMC several years ago, the ending was played super fast? Everyone was walking in 2x speed. Does anyone have a video of it? It was amusing and strange.

There's sort of a house of horrors in Buffalo Bill's basement, maybe they wanted to speed past that part?

Then again, this is AMC of Walking Dead and Breaking Bad fame, so they're not really that squeamish.

I was referring to the “I’m having an old friend for dinner” end scene. That line and the rest of the ending was sped up.

Films on broadcast/regular cable TV usually speed up the end credits of films at the end to get to the next programming.
