After Zatanna, June is easily DC's most prominent adult female sorceress. I do think you could get an interesting tale out of them and their different approaches to magic. Especially when you take into account Zatanna being a stage magician.

Do you mean the limited series with Dr. Occult/Rose as the headmaster/headmistress? June was in that story -- but I don't know if that is within continuity or not.
