Has he forgotten his skills and pressure points and such? Even if he's not bullet-timing or limo-lifting, he's still a super duper top tier comic book martial artist with all kinds of tricks up his sleeve.

Back on topic, it seems that given Joker's performance post-Flashpoint against the Bat-Family, current Matt will know he has been in a fight, at the very least, far removed from the stomp in Matt's favor it would usually be.

As long as Matt still has comic book pressure point stuff at his command, he should still beat Joker. I guess. Even hearing that this is a match and not a stomp makes fairies die though.
