I wonder if Mad Jim Jaspers would be accepted on Krakoa.

I've had a long soft spot for Flex, Radius and Murmur from Alpha Flight. Probably de-powered by M-Day, but is that even followed much anymore?
I don't think he avoided it so much as he did not let his identity get wrapped up in it. And for a known mutant has actually not been subject to all the persecution the X-Books tend to portray as happening to all mutants.
The prosecution for killing his father (though I don't agree with it) was not about being a mutant but about whether he could have stopped him without killing him. And can also be seen in the politics of where he lived. If it happened in Texas as opposed to NY he may not have been prosecuted at all.
After his conviction and serving his time....Columbia University re-admitted him and transferred the college credits he earned while incarcerated.
And after all that he was admitted into the Avengers.
So...for a publicly known mutant he has really not faced the sort of discrimination the X-Books push.

As well...there is Ultragirl who is described as a 'mutant kree' and 'half human'. But they have not dug into that to give definitive answers.

Am guessing Shadow King is one of them.Maybe Matthew Malloy or Clyde Wyncham(Marquis of Death) are among those not welcome

I kinda wish she would go back to being Gypsy Moth and use the original costume from Spider-Woman #10
Silhouette is a mutant as well is she not?
