Nanny is a interesting character because she developed a process to de-age mutants. Also we never really get verification on who the Orphan Maker is? Is he a Summers brother or maybe a Grey relative that has been hidden because of Nanny tech?

Summes brother? He was never in the running for that. He was a boy named Peter and the first child that Nanny recruited.

the most likely thing is he was resurrected along with petra and sway and the others.
and even if he is the old one, Adam X or Gambit being Summers brothers would be more likely than Orphan Maker imo.
