Honestly, even if I like Maddie I think that writers just bring the worst of her and Jean when they are on the same place. Jean and Maddie herself have enough toxic drama already.

Kept wondering if she'd show up, if Apocalypse, Sebastian & Sinister have free range on the island while Creed & whoever else is kept in storage. Wonder if she's the original Madelyne who turned up in the old X-Man series, the Sisterhood arc one which I'm still not sure if she was actually Madelyne or another clone or whatever?

I guess it depends on her intentions. If she is willing to help Krakoa she surely could be given a place there but if she comes back as an enemy to break havock I seriously doubt that. Characters like Sinister and Apocalypse are allowed because they are doing something for Krakoa and at the moment not causing trouble

Maddie is barely a chaarcter. i don't see why she would even care about mutants.

X-men are in need of villains, they have to stop making them good shoes. Specially maddie tha thave bizarre stories involving rape

There were hints for Maddie with the teasing about an inferno. I wonder what this could mean for the Summers family? Is Maddie back per resurrection protocols, Sinister machinations, or something else? It is cool to have her back , but wish she didn’t always have to be the villain . If any mutant deserves redemption it is her.

With Hope, Rachel and Jean herself, more or less connected on similar ways to the same people I think it is unlikely a redeemed Maddie could work long term.
(not that being a villain is better, just comenting on the posibility)
