For me it is 300 without a doubt. It was the epic conclusion to the Eternals Saga. To tell the truth I was not a fan of the DeFalco/Frenz Thor run at all. It always just fell flat for me so I didn't even make to issue 400.

300 no doubt. So many good things happened during this storyline leading up to the epic conclusion.

Apples and oranges IMO. The story behind 300 gave us an origin for Odin that had to be undone later, but it was probably the more epic.

300 in my opinion. It was the last time that we really got to see how powerful the Celestials were. They've lost ground ever since. I saw the story as a science vs. faith/religious dogma struggle with science easily emerging as the superior force. Alas, if only it remained so.
