Count Duckula is just a watered down version of Count Dracula Duck, or what ever that guy Scrooge pogoed his way to victory over already.

Yeah, definitely Scrooge.
Even if we float Duckula his feats from Danger Mouse (which is presumably his previous incarnation before he was revived wrong in the Duckula intro) mesmerism and the ability to turn into a flying cricket bat aren't enough to save him here.
