Actually happened in issue 4 of the current run, Matt beat him in hand to hand right after an explosion temporarily messed with his senses... Weird to say that, but it almost feels like an outlier for pre-Elektra retraining current Matt.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that Matt shot Frank in precise areas to disable him before the explosion, so it evens the odds a bit more than I remembered before sending the message.

I would tend to agree with the outlier. Weird as it sounds, it’s SMvsFL For current Matt, given the people who consistently give him trouble through this series. Frank would’ve walked through the same guys.
