    Jack has speed, Escanor has more durability and probably more attack power overall.

    I'm not sure that Jack can put Escanor down before The One becomes a factor and everything gets much harder.

    Would Jack be effected by Escanor's heat aura?

    I don't think he'd be too bothered by the ambient aura. But if Escanor started turning it up it might factor into the outcome. Might even melt away some of Rakan's lesser weapons.
