As a storyline in comics, i'm highly interested in where this goes. But I admit as a millennial who still believes in lowering age restrictions it astonishes me how far conversations like this have altered in the less than decade that I was a teen. That may play a factor in why i'm interested how they go with this in the fictional stories.

Reptil had been believed killed getting Hazmat out of harms way at the end of Avengers Arena, but he cameoed in the final issue of Bendis's Iron Man, along with Striker. Hazmat has been appearing in Captain Marvel, Finesse was in Unstoppable Wasp, Mettle was killed in Avengers Arena #1. Veil was depowered at the end of Avengers Academy. Of the later additions, Lightspeed is with the Future Foundation, White Tiger is appearing in Captain America as one of the Daughters of Liberty, and I'm sure I don't need to tell you what X-23 has been doing.

Could be an indicator of new books or which books will be effected. New Power Pack book seems obvious with them all there in their costumes.

Gwen will be affected though. She commutes to go to ESU in 616. I'd like to see her and Squirrel Girl paired up, as Doreen is also an ESU student. I can imagine that the dean will be clamping down on superheroes as a result of this law coming in - and they know who they both are (Peter told the dean that Gwen is from an AU, and Doreen's secret ID is kaput).

Interesting that X-23 is on there. She's on Krakoa and thus shouldn't be involved in this event.

Weird. I thought Ghost Rider was a bit older than the others.

Same. I assumed they were gonna have characters all under 21 (since this is set in America and that's when they seem to be legally considered adults). I did think that Robbie would have been 21 or over though.

I don't know if they've ever been explicit about how old Robbie is, but they've always treated him like a kid, so I think he's 19-20.

Robbie is in the age range, but he's an Avenger and functionally a dad, so

He was in high school in his own series, so not much older than Ms Marvel.

I just realized there are no New Warriors (at least the classic ones) on that cover.

Amadeus is also on there, but that would probably be for the Champions instead of the Agents of Atlas.

Rage would be the only one under 21, I guess.
Nobody from Avengers Academy, of course. (I mean the original cast members, of course. X23 and Lightspeed are not there as AA characters)

    Why is Kate there?

    She's over 21.
