Missed opportunity: Mary Marvel meets Wonder Woman!

Among others, I've always felt that when Mary Batson lost her powers during the "Countdown to Final Crisis" event, and ended up on Themiscyria, she could have been guided by the Amazons on how to both redeem herself and get a new power-set. Well, she did, with the help of, of all characters, Harley Quinn and Holly Robinson's Catwoman. But I was hoping that Mary would have a) interacted with Wonder Woman at some point in the story, and, b) gotten her original power-set back, which includes "The Strength of Hippolyta" (which, while not as great as Hercules' is on a supernatural level).

But, with the reboot that is the Nu52, well...

At least, I got the classics to go back to.

Yes, I agree, a great opportunity was missed. There could have been an explanation of Mary' s goddesses powers while she talked to Hippolyta, maybe even explaining more than we ever knew, such as it is Hippolyta's and a portion of Hercules strength she attains, etc.

I know this doesn't exactly help, but I think Mary and Diana shared a few panels in the Justice League Unlimited tie-in comic LOL.
