The Joker in Westeros

What if Joker (The Dark Knight) was plonked down into the Game of Thrones universe, at the start of Season 2. Let's say he starts out in a village in the North around the outskirts of Winterfell. He knows about the basic political structure of Westeros but doesn't know the specifics. He's armed with 2 x 44 Magnums with 50 bullets total, his grenade vest and shoe knife. He also has 5 x loyal Rottweilers.

Rather than outright chaos, can he achieve any or all of the following:
1. Become King of Westeros
2. Rally the people to overthrow the monarchy and the liege lords of each major area
3. Change the Westeros political climate into a republic

The Joker joins the Brave Companions and takes over as their new leader. He eventually dies with an arrow in his throat.
