Default Post the most iconic cover in DC Comics history

What cover art do you feel is the most iconic in DC Comics' history? A cover that basically represents what you feel is the best representation of DC or is from your favorite book/hero.

I don't sit around thinking of this, so I don't know if this is what I really think, but the first thing that came to mind was Tom Grummett's Man of Tomorrow #1.

The concept is simple and rather cliched, but it's really effective, and it's a cliche for a reason.

Action Comics #1. It's the birth of the genre as we know it, all their biggest characters were introduced in it or in response to it.

You can't get more iconic than that issue, at least not in my mind. The cover itself promised action and a hero unlike what was on the stands-- a pulp hero who could lift a car like we could paper, slamming it into the dirt. It's loud, bombastic and it's incredible.

A repeated and parodied composition. Iconic.

Hmmm. Those are two different questions in my mind, but the correct answer to the latter question is this timeless, iconic cover below...

My favorite would be the time when DC & Marvel became BFF:
