I'm going to just bit touch the speed debate both characters are slightly ambiguous in terms of their speed.

Yujiro is much more physically powerful but Hisoka has his Nen abilities which make him considerably more versatile and Yujiro can't really counter them exactly. That said Yujiro is also incredibly durable.

Hard to call. Maybe Hisoka?

bungee gum is gonna be tricky to get over but i can see yujiro kind of brute forcing his way around it.
