Punisher vs Hitman in a forest

Punisher and Hitman begin on opposite ends of a forest and hunt each other. Both are wearing hunter clothing packed with a mix of .700 Nitro Express bullets, a camping knife, and food and water rations. They are armed with hunting rifles.

It depends on how far away they are from each other. While Frank is no stranger to guerrilla warfare, Tommy has the advantage with his powers. It's still close but I'd give the majority to Hitman.

The telepathy (as far as picking up on Castle's thoughts and all, Tommy does know to look for them here) and X-ray vision are going to be hard for Frank to counter, given how they were depicted when the series remembered he had them.

I could still see Frank taking a few, but yeah, majority to Monaghan.
