Can't believe I haven't seen this one yet:

Alysson Hannigan for Buffy and How I Met Your Mother.

    Also:

Eliza Dushku- Buffy and Dollhouse, and Tru Calling

    Continuing with the Arrowverse:

Grant Gustin - Glee + The Flash

Katie Cassidy - Gossip Girl + Supernatural + Arrow

    Willa Holland - The O.C. + Arrow

Caity Lotz was on Mad Men, I believe, though I don't know how big her roll was. So was Daniel Panabaker, I think. They went on to be on Arrow and Legends for Lotz, and The Flash for Panabaker.

    John Barrowman - Dr. Who + Torchwood + Arrow/Legends

Neal McDonough has been in a ton of stuff. Along with his roll on Arrow and Legends, he was also in Suits and Yellowstone most recently.

Katrina Law - Spartacus + Arrow

Manu Bennett - Spartacus + Arrow

Colton Haynes - Teen Wolf + Arrow

Tyler Hoechlin - Teen Wolf + Supergirl

Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell- Prison Break and The Flash/Legends

Callista Flockheart - Ally McBeal + Supergirl

He'll always be Thomas Andrews in Titanic to me

And some other stuff like Scrubs and Yogi Bear. You cannot say Tom's been Typecast.

Haven't seen this one yet, Johnny Galecki first as David on Roseanne then as Leonard Hofstadter on Big Bang Theory.

Also Sara Gilbert played Darlene Connor on Roseanne and Dr. Leslie Winkle on The Big Bang Theory (She was a series regular for a season or two so that counts)

Bea Arthur - Maude and The Golden Girls

    Also:

Joey Lawrence - Blossom and Melissa & Joey

Melissa Peterman - Reba and Baby Daddy

Jean Smart is an interesting case. Because when she was on DESIGNING WOMEN, I thought hers was the most boring character on that show and I really didn't think she was much of an actress. I guess I assumed she was playing herself. But since then I kept seeing her show up in one good role after another and displaying a lot of range.

Lee Majors was also on Big Valley before Six Million Dollar Man.

Funnily enough, his character's full name was Edward Jeremy Stevens-Wells.
