I wonder why two different writers on his death. Any ideas? I'm reading Cornell's book and will probably get the mini too. Anyone know why - two writers on this.

Apparently the ideas Cornell pitched didn't float Marvel's boat and Soule's did. Cornell pitched first, of course.

    Sadly.

Is Origin II Worth it btw ? I'm cautiously pessimistic about retcons in general since First X-Men... Thoughts ?

I had not thought of that, that could very well be. I hope the two books tie in, in some way.

From what Soule's said.. you don't have to be reading Cornell's run to understand what's going to happen. Strange, right?

Actually, yeah, that is strange. And odd way to handle it. Or .... Marvel still finding ways to cash in on Wolvie as much as they can while he "rests". LOL

Yeah, it doesn't really screw anything up IMO. Not thrilled about the way it ended, but it was a good mini overall and the art is kickass.

I haven't read issue 5 yet. Anything good worth spoiling?

Wolverine is the character that first made me interested in comic books....I hope he gets his healing factor back when he comes back from the dead. I started buying comics regularly again during Schism and Dark Angel Saga, and now pull every X-book out there...Enemy of the State is one of my favorite Wolverine stories, and I downloaded it off the Marvel app on my iPad. What are some other good stories to look into?

Some of my very own fan art
