I have to say that I really disliked Gwenpool at first, but Gwenpool Strikes Back is one of the best books there are right now, pitty it was just a mini, Leah is a really great comedy writer, Any other writer attempting to translate shitposting into a comic would have been really cringy, but what it took was a writer that for a long time had "big tiddy Xorn" as her twitter name

Leah is capable of some quality writing, as seen last year for What If Magik and X-Men Black Emma Frost (two of my favorite books of the year), but yeah she can really be derailed into cringe very easily it seems. I absolutely hated X-Tremists and wanted so badly to like it. I figured Gwenpool would be a perfect fit for her.

She just needs to be in the correct kind of books, she fits this kind of story really well. And at least to me, the entire Ao X-man was awful. So I can't blame her for that.
I follow her on twitter, and her gweenpool is just her cranked up to 11, what would be cringy for most isn't for her because she isn't faking it
