It was on my list for the 27th, so I don't think it is delayed.

skip month in march look for no issue of nm in feb to straighten out the schedule once again expect delays on alot of books including teh x-books the next 2 to 3 months

Per the extended forecast, it was indeed delayed from 01.20 to 01.27.
However, that is nothing unusual. Looking down the list, many other titles/collections are delayed as well.
