I have no doubt that if there were only mutant women, USA would have built ten times more Sentinels than in 616.

It would be called "X-women", it wouldn't be a big difference…

And you forgot the biggest power of all, the "Power of Love"… (alas forgotten by many writers nowadays).

Men feeling impotent would probably nuke the entire planet.

Except the OP said no Charles, Scott, Hank, Warren or Bobby. So basically Jean dies in X-Men #1 (if she’s even around without Charles) or joins the Brotherhood, hence no X-Men, or X-Women for that matter.

They're still arund, they just don't have powers.

Someone else would probably form X-people, though. Moira?

i'm not for anything that limits variety. and i find most x-women kind of boring. the female x-villains are pretty damn great, though.

not from what we saw of her past lives. she seems to have relied more on the male mutants to achieve her end goals. Mystique would have killed her early on.

We wouldn't be reading X-men right now because the men in charge would say "it can't sell."

Yeah, that's about what I remember of it.

Good points. They would make the Salem Witch Trials look like a walk in the park, and those had women burned alive at the stake. Thermonuclear Armageddon would just take that to a whole new extreme.
