B5: What If We Flipped The Narn/Centauri?

How different would Babylon 5 have been if G'Kar had cut the deal with Morden, and the Narn had been the aggressor proxy in seasons 2-4 instead of the Centauri?

Funny thing is in the first season the Narm sort of were the agressors and the show flipped them.

But if the Narm were allied with the Shadows instead of the Centari, I don't think things would be that different.

I imagine the Centari having a monarchy might have made it slightly easier for them to be controlled by the Drakh. But that's about it I think.
