There’s a couple of these in the Marvel forum, but none in DC.
Just a place to post teams of DC characters based on pretty much any concept you think is good. I do these a lot and also like to see what others come up with, thanks!

DC's Exiles
Triumph- Team leader, Triumph was a founding member of the Justice League post Zero Hour who was flung forward in time and forgotten. Master of the electromagnetic spectrum. Always had a superiority complex and a hard time fitting in being a man out of time. Would be a fun team lead.
Tomorrow Woman- Android created to infiltrate the Grant Morrison Era JLA. She seek's redemption and joins the team
Batman Beyond- From Neo Gotham of the Future Terry is hand picked by Bruce Wayne to pick up his mantel.
Superman Red Son- What if the Man of tomorrow was raised in the USSR. This Superman isn't used to taking orders from anyone and would be this teams power house.
Aztek- Trained since birth to fight off the Shadow god. Or sleeper Agent from Lex Corp?
Tornado Twins- The speedster children of Wally West try to find a way back to their father and their timeline
Tangent Universe Green Lantern- Containing what is left of her entire universe in her lantern. All she wants is to return to them but cannot.
Freakazoid- The meme making machine himself. Ahead of his time on his original release. I would love to see him return to this team as DC's own Deadpool type character
King Arthur- Arthur revived in the year 3000 fights off an alien invasion, but now he finds himself in our present.

Going to do a twofer today: two of my favorite Marvel team line-ups, folks who rarely get any love (or who've since disbanded and therefor aren't around to receive the love), are the Texas-based team The Rangers and the covert ops Shadow Initiative team from the post-Civil War Marvel Universe. Since both have limited line-ups, figured I'd group them together.
First, The Rangers...DC Style!
Texas Twister - Turbine
Shooting Star - Vigilante (Patricia Trayce)
Firebird - Fire
Red Wolf - Black Condor (John Trujillo)
Phantom Rider - J.E.B. Stuart & the Haunted Tank
Living Lightning - Fireworks
51 - G'Nort
Armadillo - Bork
And then, the Shadow Initiative - DC Style!
Constrictor - Whip (Shelley Gaynor)
Bengal - Catman
Typhoid Mary - Rose/Thorn
The Iron Spiders - Multiplex
Trauma - Phobia
If there able to since it was a Wildstorm property, I'd make use of Planetary. Focus hard on the archaeology bit, would've been perfect for trying to answer questions that are floating around in universe
DC's Guardians of the Galaxy:
Hal Jordan/(Peter Quill) - The Hero- Human, drifter with painful past, watched parent die, never having a chance to say goodbye. Now cocky and overconfident reckless Star Pilot, trying to belong to something bigger than just himself, joining a team charged with ...Guarding the Galaxy.
Katma Tui/(Gamora) - The exotic Alien heroine- With her suspicious past Can she be trusted? Can she shake the distrust associated with her past "relation" and mentor (Sinestro/(Thanos)), prove she is now one of the good guys?
Kilowog/(Drax)- The Musclebound Alien Brawler, who watched his entire family get slaughtered (blames -Katma Tui/(Gamora) for serving her mentor (Sinestro/(Thanos)), proud last survivor of his kind, out to satisfy revenge for his people, ...but does he really want to kill, or at heart just belong and be part a new "family".
Ch'p/(Rocket)- The irritable Space-Rodent - Annoying, but cute cartoon caricature, might be overcompensating for his look and stature, carries a huge ch'p on his shoulder. Don't make the little guy angry.
Medphyll/(Groot)- The bizarre withdrawn sentient Tree life-form, linked to a cosmic eternally regrowing organic life force- no one really knows much about him, except he will grow on you.
Sinestro/(Thanos) - Villain bent on cosmic domination, collecting color power gems on hand...?

Yeah I think I saw you post this one in an old thread when I first got here and was rooting out all the team builders I could find.
I liked it then, I like it now!
