unless Booster & co, figure out some clever ways of using their collective abilities, they're going to get trounced by Ted's team. I do like Faith and Hawkman, but it might give Booster's side more juice if it were, say... Dr. Light and Captain Atom?
fun idea all the same
A Justice League Year One inspired line up w. characters that have never been on the team…:
CAPTAIN COMET (Green Lantern)
The earth born space guy. No GL Ring, but CC has a wide array of mental and physical abilities that make him pretty formidable. And a raygun.
TURBINE (The Flash)
A Tuskegee Airman who disappeared into the Speed Force in the past and reappeared in the present w. cyclone based superspeed.
SILENCER (Black Canary)
An ex-assassin highly trained in MA and weapons use. She has a sound based superpower, able to create a field of total silence.
KORYAK (Aquaman)
He’s Aquaman’s illegitimate child, and has all the requisite Atlantean powers to include hydrokinesis. He actually prefers to spend his time on land, though.
JEMM SON OF SATURN (Martian Manhunter)
Alien Royalty by birth, philosopher by choice, and warrior by circumstance, he’s the least normal looking member of the team.
Expanding on the above Year One team, the Big Seven…:
MAJESTIC (Superman)
James Bronson can literally move mountains, and perfectly embodies his codename. He quickly becomes the face of the team, as far as the public’s concerned.
ZEALOT (Wonder Woman)
A proud warrior from the planet Khera who has lived thousands of years, Zealot fights to protect her adopted planet from both alien and earth born threats.
DR. MIDNITE (Batman)
His Medical training’s given Dr. Midnite the cool head and steady nerves to deploy the team w. surgical precision in the field. Though blind, he’s the big picture guy who sees all the angles and possible outcomes.
New Titans (Redux)
Based on the New Warriors (2015 version)
Blue Beetle (Nova)
Weilds a symbiotic extraterrestrial weapon of mass destructions
Match (Match)
A defective clone of one of the greatest superheroes of all time, and has a brother who is considered as a "success".
Spoiler (Sun Girl)
Stephannie Brown is the daughter of an obscure villain and a former Robin and Batgirl.
Aquagirl (Water Snake)
Lorena Marquez possesses atlantean like abilities allowing her to adapt in both land and sea.
Ridge (Haechi)
A young teen who was born with the innate ability to transform into a were-salamandar with brute strength and durability.
Miss Martian (Justice)
Megan Morse is a Martian who was born with psychic abilities that allows her to use it for various methods such as flight, Telekinesis, etc.
Raven (Hummingbird)
An empathic halfling of mystical origins. This Raven is a younger variant who was accidently sent to Earth-Prime by Sideways when their cross-dimmensional abilities intertwined cutting access of going back to her reality.
Sideways (Speedball)
Sideways was travelling around the dark multiverse until he made contact with Raven who was also travelling in the same realm trying to find a way and the different origins of their powers messes each other up and he brought her into his universe.

Do you have a problem? Call the professionals.
Hex
HARDAC
Vigilante
Katana
Lock-up
The Spectre
A magical version of The Terrifics.
The Zataras? The TaDahs? The Kadabras? Maybe just dust off the Sentinels of Magic name…
GIOVANNI ZATARA
Zatara’s back among the living. How? Magic! He’s keeping a low profile and hasn't made contact w. his daughter Zatanna yet for plot related reasons, but he’s put together a team in order to deal w. an impending supernatural crisis event, and get caught up in some unrelated adventures as they go.
NIGHTSHADE
Eve Eden was born in the Land of The Nightshades but was raised on Earth. Her Darkness related powers are pretty formidable; she can become a living intangible shadow, and teleport on a global scale among other things. A seasoned Govt. operative, she’s skilled at h2h combat and espionage. She’s helping Zatara navigate the modern world as he looks to carry out his mission.
BRIMSTONE
Joe Chamberlain’s a young man who was cursed w. the elemental ability to transform into a fiery creature with pyrokinetic powers. He’s been trying to use these powers to do good, which hasn’t been easy so far. Zatara’s been training him though, to better control his abilities and dark impulses.
BLUE DEVIL
Movie stuntman turned demon Daniel Cassidy is the muscle for Zatara’s team, and yeah, the comedy relief. As Blue Devil he’s experienced in both the supernatural and superheroics, and has friends all over the world he can call on in an emergency, to include Zatanna.
