While I don't love much of the Wildstorm Universe, I will say they have some good names in there. So let's borrow from that source and introduce Oklahoma's new team...STORMWATCH!

OWLWOMAN
A native to Oklahoma, Wenonah Littlebird returns after years abroad with the Global Guardians for the opportunity to give back to her state. In a move she didn't expect, she's given command of the team.

RED TORNADO
In a state where devastation from hurricanes and the like are a real factor, it helps to have a hero who can manipulate those extreme forces. Red Tornado is happy to serve but does question why someone with his experience wasn't asked to lead the team. Can an elemental robot feel...resentment?

ARGUS
Coming over from nearby Keystone City, Nick Kelly doesn't love that his codename was co-opted by some nebulous government agency. Using his own contacts in the FBI, he gets a spot on the Oklahoma team to remind people who the first Argus was, as well as serve as the streetwise member of the team.

VULCAN
Hailing from Charlton's Point, another fictional DC city with no recognized home state (so let's make it this one), Miguel Devante returns home after years recovering from his battle against Trigon. Miguel is finally ready to join a new team and suit up again as Vulcan, but he still struggles with PTSD of the battle.

CLOUD 9
Having previously been created by Lex Luthor to be a villain but trained by Jason Todd to be a hero, Cloud 9 looks to put her abilities to good use when Owlwoman seeks a hero who can assist Red Tornado in controlling the states unpredictable weather. However, Cloud 9's mental instability when her powers are overtaxed is a major concern for all parties involved.

MAX MERCURY
For all the yeas he's been alive, Max was always happiest when he could just run along the open plains of the Midwest. Looking to reclaim some of that happiness while still making the world a better place, Max joins up with Owlwoman's team. He soon finds his experiences with Impulse make him a quasi-mentor figure for both Vulcan and Cloud 9 as they work through their issues.
