Make your own DC team based on different concepts/other teams

I loved the idea of targeting a New Warriors-esque team using roughly the same dates as the characters' debuts. I'm going to try that now, only with a team of classic Avengers members. Each corresponding DC hero will have debuted the same year as that Marvel hero. I'll try to line up powers/abilities/personalities as best as possible, but year of debut is the motivating factor here.

DC's version of the Secret Warriors, the original Hickman/Secret Invasion team obviously, with essentially the same premise but I'm gonna play around a bit with current DC concepts. Basically after having been removed as head of the Suicide Squad and rise of Leviathan Waller has become conscious of the reach of Leviathan in both the world government organizations, some of which now collapsed, and in the superhuman community. Fearing that they may once again come for her life but also wanting herself to make an attempt to get back into the good graces of the US government she concocts a plan to go to war with Leviathan, that she will use whatever Task Force X files to locate and recruit the descendants of super humans that Leviathan would never think to look for. However there is only one problem, these are Task Force X files so Waller is dealing with and not all of them are good.

Unfortunately I got nothing when it comes to actual characters, especially since those Secret Warriors were original characters mostly, so I only got the idea.
