Second, I knew Eddie Velez growing up. Well, know is a strong word, as he was ten years my senior, but yeah, he hung out w. other older guys me and my friends all knew.

That's great, you must have flipped when he showed up on the A-Team.
Maybe if they'd brought him (and Vaughn) in sooner (or they'd at least made him another untill then unknown member of the original commando unit, reveal he was their explosives expert who they thought killed, ...after flashbacks revealing how they believed he died, only then he shows up S5), his character may have been better embraced.
As is, most tend to just pretend he and the final season never existed

I begin to like the Avengers and I would like to see a DC Team on their concept:

Thor-CASSANDRA SANDSMARK (both children of the king of gods)
Captain America-BART ALLEN
Hulk-CONNER KENT (Super-Strenght)
Hawkeye-MIA/ARROWETTE
Iron Man (Intelligence)-TIM DRAKE
Iron Man (Suit)-BLUE BEETLE
Dr. Strange-TRACI 13/ZACHARY/RAVEN

Alternatively I also really like the Idea of a Team who is build like a Biker Club (they also drink,train,listen to Hard-Rock/Heavy Metal....) wear Leather Jackets with the Logo of the team etc. etc.

Yeah, nobody does, cause by then the show had well burnt out by the end of the fourth, pretty much nobody was watching, hence the complete narrative shift 5th season cousin Oliver) and intro of Vaughn as Hunt Stockwell suddenly their "boss?", which most don't seem remember either.

Another obvious analogue would be DC's Challengers of the Unknown as the A-Team cast.

Thanks! I didn't even really remember their powers until I looked it up and then it was a no-brainer to just use Legionnaires considering their powers. There was also an ice-guy in the pilot - guess who I would have picked for that?
