Ha that's great, never really watched that one, they cranked out so many Scooby-Dooish variations.
Skip and Augie really fit as Hawk and Dove, seeing them animated in that format and HB style would have been fantastic!

So many HB properties to chose from, you might appropriate another Impossible one:


(although Zan first came to mind, he really needs Jayna to trigger, so went with Tempest)

Tempest is a good compromise though.
Those Scooby clones are fun for team builders, though.
