Impulse
Vibe
Princess Projectra
Vixen
Captain Comet
Cupid
Thor
Blitzkreig
(Admittedly Princess Projectra is a bit of a reach, but a haughty alien space princess feels like she fits the requirements.)
This book was supposed to debut during DC’s New 52 era.
Not sure why it didn’t.
MAGOG (Cable)
The extreme hero travels into his past/our present to mold some young minds and cause all kinds of trouble.
THE RAY (Cannonball)
Neophyte metahuman Lucien Gates is all about speed and power. He’s Magog’s guided missile.
SUPERBOY (Warpath)
The team’s resident strong guy. Magog quite enjoys having his attack dog wear an S-Shield.
JENNY QUARX (Boomer)
Powers aside, having an actual Century Baby on his team is quite a huge deal for Magog.
RAVAGER (Shatterstar)
All Magog’s weapons master needs is a target to cut down w. a blade or blow away w. a gun.
ARTEMIS CROCK (Feral)
In a different world she'd go by Tigress. A powerful fighter and incredibly stealthy to boot.

"We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another, as if we were one single tribe."
~ Black Panther.
Wanted to use the Wolfman/Perez New Teen Titans formula (3 returning characters and 4 new) to do a new Detroit League.
Of the four new Detroit Leaguers, Vixen was the breakout star so I’m not using her. Instead, Citizen Steel, Vibe (who’s the team leader), and Gypsy are back, along w. four new heroes to round things out.
My picks aren’t new really, but they’re obscure.
They were all created between 1996-2005, and none of them have appeared in more than 28 issues in all this time. I used Changeling, Cyborg, Raven, and Starfire as start point when looking for these characters to help narrow things down.
MONSTER GIRL (Changeling)
M.G. is like Changeling in that she’s a shapeshifter, of the monster-y variety instead of animals though. She can also mimic anyone she’s ever met which comes in handy. Personality wise she’s kinda shady, often causing drama for her own amusement.
STRIKER Z (Cyborg)
Evokes Cyborg only because he has a tech based powerset. Z is a living bio-energy battery, and his body powers his flight suit and gadgets which include his Dazzle Strobe, Photonic Shiv, Sonic Beamer, Striker Plates, and Omega Cannon (his last ditch weapon which drains all his energy in one shot). An ex-Hong Kong stuntman Z can drive damn near anything, is a licensed pilot, and an above average martial artist.
MISTY KILGORE (Raven)
Raven-ish as she’s a magic user. Misty’s an other dimensional Princess now living on Earth in exile. She apprenticed w. Zatanna for a while and can bust out the occasional backwards speaking spell. She has an enchanted die which she’s way better at using though, for various feats. The other die was last seen w. Klarion the Witch Boy, who Misty really does not like.
KALIBER (Starfire)
Like Starfire, Kaliber is an alien warrior. A native of Quard, Kaliber is a talented blacksmith and weapons user. He’s stronger than the average Quardian and can increase his size for short periods while in battle. Having been permanently blinded, Kaliber now has cybernetic eyes which let him see in all spectrums, and give him telescopic/microscopic capabilities.

Hmm...got it! DC Fantastic Four!
In a world where the Daxamites controlled Krypton, four college-age Kryptonians stole an experimental vessel designed for travel within the Phantom Zone in order to escape the state-mandated purges enacted by the Daxamite Government and disappeared into the Phantom Zone itself, and were believed dead when it looked as if the vessel had exploded from a core meltdown. An undetermined amount of time later, the four Kryptonians awaken on the backwater planet of Earth with fantastic new powers!
Superman-Prime (Mr. Fantastic)
Superboy (Human Torch)
Cyborg-Superman (The Thing)
Supergirl (The Invisible Woman)
