If this was book LOTR, it would end right with Aragorn. Film, he's shown to be more "normal", but he was still 80 years old at the time of the series, and a very experienced fighter. If Geralt somehow mangaged to get past him, Legolas' plot armor is too strong. He is an elf ninja afterall.

I have only watched the first three episodes of the Witcher but none of the guys above have any defense against Geralt's magic. He could just slam them against the Arena walls from range. He's also pretty quick when he easily deflected that crossbow bolt.

do we factor in amazing fighting choreography as part of his skill? Cause the Witcher series fightscenes are alot better then anything in GoT...this makes him just look plain faster / more skilled /and more accurate then his opponents here.

even if we discount that, he is still a monster killer, during the battle with the striga (a certified witcher-slayer) we see him get flung against the castle walls multiple times and still keeps on fighting, and he had to fight for an entire night because of the curse.

speed wise i also think we saw him save the hedgehog guy from across the room to block the sword blow. i might have to watch it again but it looked like he crossed half a room by the time someone swung his sword.

include his magic and he steamrolls everyone from GoT atleast.

Even setting aside choreography budgets, he deflects a crossbow bolt. That's a solid speed feat beyond most anyone in GoT, except maybe Egrit. He should fight his way through even without Ard.
