John Williams Rey theme and Rise of Skywalker revelations (Spoilers)

Some fans seem to be noticing that in retrospect Rey's theme, especially it's main six notes, seems to be a happier version of Palpatine's theme (although not quite as obvious as Phantom Menace's ending parade). Any thoughts on this? Did Abrams let Williams on the eventual twist? It might be seeing patterns in things that aren't there, but once you hear them both it's a bit hard to unhear the possible connection.
