The Smallest Megazord in the Franchise is the one from the 2017 movie, which was 82 feet tall.
If he doesn't count, then the next smallest is the Centaur Megazord, which is 126'4".

Scott gets WRECKED. He cant stay Giant for too long (5/10 mins tops) without blacking out and whilst tough due to square/cube law he's not "Ignore Super lasers or Power sword" level tough.
The issue frankly is the standard villains of the week are tougher then Giant Man and the Megazord handily deals with them
