They have some more gay characters on the frontline now (Rictor, Bobby, Shinobi and Christian) but they lack a lot of representation. Storm being the only prominent black female X-Men in 2019 is astounding.

there is a huge discrepancy between online and offline fandoms. seeing the reaction on twitter Wolverine would sell 15k on a good month LOL

Jean and Storm were placed higher than Emma on CBR poll

I think it is settled. Cyclops goes back and forth between Jean and Emma and they are cool with it because their characters don't matter. Both are real, as JDW says.

As for LGBT reps, I don't know why they got rid of the new Pyro. Fire and Ice together as a couple is too dope a design not to do.

if this happened it would be a really bad characterization and regression for everyone. Like Scott should admit the mistake he made with Emma and not double down on it.
Jean should get on her own on dating life and leave Scott behind.
