The reason I asked is, Wanda is always being referred to as more powerful against Jean and kept on referencing her edge because of the "No More Mutants" incident.
Jean and Wanda never really fought one on one.

Some mutants were protected by Doctor strange, not are about the rest that didn't lost their powers.

I enjoyed today's GS issue. While both women shined, Jean seemed to take the lead, and that makes sense given her connection to Storm. I loved how quickly Jean was able to figure things out, and she looked gorgeous. It was a fun issue.

Has any of you read X-force today? Was Jean in there? Did she do anything?
I like the title but the preview looked too Domino heavy, which is cool but not for why i read the book

I dunno if it was because of Dauterman or because Hickman's primary issue with writing Jean is in her dialogue, but GSXM was a great showing for her - even if I wasn't entirely down with the conflict, or at least, am not yet.

    Also more Dauterman, please!

Russel Dauterman is also drawing/co-writing Giant Size X-Men: Storm. I asked him on Instagram if Jean was appearing in Storm's book, and he replied with "", so chances are we'll see the costume at least one more time with Dauterman as the artist.

    As promised, Phoenixcrawler for you.
Of course, I suspect that if the Phoenix possessed Kurt, he’d go up like a Roman candle; too much power.

It's also probably because the issue they're homaging is a great showing for Jean, so unless Hickman was intentionally trying to screw her up, there was no way this wouldn't be good for her.

Stunning. Want to see this concept come to fruition sometime in the comics now your concept art is that good.

Thanks, but I really think the Big Bird is a wee bit beyond my lad’s capability.
Plus he’s really too thin, but that’s often an issue in my work.

It was a great read. But no Jean. But I enjoyed it very very much. It was moving, touching, emotional, and action packed.

It looks nice but Nightcrawler is too pure for the phoenix

Thanks, it is really weird there isn't a spoiler thread about it yet.

Agreed, I don’t think he would interest it at all, but it was fun to design.
