While I prefer Hal without them, I actually like the grey temple side hair. It gives him kind of a distinguished look to me, similar to Nick Fury.

Love me some angry Hal, lol. It's so rare for Hal to get angry but when he does, you know ****'s about to go down.

That is not how I read it. He was there, and everything happened as per GL 46, except that - psychologically - the impact came later as per ET.

Yeah, they never retconned away Hal's part in Reign of the Supermen. He wasn't there when Coast City was destroyed, he showed up afterwards to open up a can of whup-ass on Mongul. What was retconned was Gerard Jones's original depiction of Hal's state of mind in the aftermath, in which Hal teams up with Ollie and some nonsense about alien rays explaining away Hard Travelling Heroes, and robot duplicates in the Ferris family that everyone rightfully ignored.

got really excited with the blog of oa's report that nathan fillion will be voicing hal in justice league darrk apokolips war.

    https://www.blogofoa.com/2020/03/nat...-universe.html

that means hal has speaking lines....

but.. i remembered the trailers of it and how it didn't turn well for the league.

It's odd if he has speaking lines, yet they did not even mention Nathan Fillion voicing him in the initial press release when they announced the cast and details. He must be getting killed in the opening scene right after doing something stupid. It's not like they ever made any effort to do the character justice in this animated universe anyway.
