It's not like we have other options though. Beggars can't be choosers. Better to have him do something in outside media as opposed to DC keep shafting him. I'm pretty much done complaining about Hal being portrayed like a fool inside or outside of comics. As long as he's out there doing something is more preferable than not using him at all.

As far as JL castings go, 5 out of 6 were good. Odds are pretty good we will have a good Hal Jordan.

If, judging by the costume, that's the modern day Hal, them I'm guessing Harley didn't get the memo that his ring is now immune to all things yellow.

Wouldn't we have heard about them casting someone for Hal at the time? I kind of expect it to just be a stunt-double.

I don't expect we'll see much of him in the Snyder cut, though it's nice that he's there at all.

I'd love for Hal to be in the Snyder cut. Although how would he fit in the story without any major re shoot?

Who knows, perhaps it could've been interesting to see how Snyder would've "deconstructed" Hal.

Casting is about the only decent thing in Snyder's films so yeah. I'm glad it won't be an extended treatment at least in all likelihood.
