What I appreciate most is the details he snuck into the design. Her diadem and classic ruby being incorporated into the sword hilt design. Her Jim Lee costume shoulder pads and the Cockrum designed thigh high boots of her original costume being snuck into the Soul Sword armor design. Great respect for the character and her history, I love it!

Not a bad intro series for beginner readers. Too juvenile to be a main book, but it had it's moments. I like that Storm was Co-leader of the team behind Captain America. She had a couple of good showings. And I enjoyed the issue was Thor was shooting his shot with Storm. I was like, "Whoa, Thor got game!"

Great picture! I got excited cause I thought it was from the upcoming X of Swords crossover. Hopefully Storm will have part in that because this artwork has me excited!

Storm’s loose hair looks so good paired with her current outfit. I think it’s time for the ponytail to go! If the thigh highs could make a comeback too, that would be great.

I believe it's the Ultimate universe.
And in that universe I don't think it once reference she's a Princess nor a goddess.

It makes sense that they x-men would be from an alternate earth, that’s the easiest way to introduce into the movies. The MCU is known for taking massive liberties with the source material though, so there is no garauntee that storm and the others will be based on their 1610 selves, for all we know they might just be borrowing the name.
