Folks dont get to excited about Hellion's hands. He's got gloves on, and he often wears gloves over his prosthetics.

Plus Leah's pretty much gone on record saying that "giving Hellion hands back = erasing a disabled hero"

Now while I purposely think with Marvel's treatment of him and his hands in the ten years since Second Coming, the whole idea now of raising him as a some beacon/paragon of a disabled person being a hero is utter nonsense. Especially when there are soo many other disabled heroes out there being used or haven been used more frequently and much more respect. Hell Whiz Kid its setting up for his big come back in SWORD in a month or so.

But that's just me.

I don't expect it. I don't even hope it, since they are not able to give them "love" without killing some of them.
I'm counting on them to do like they did with Maggott and having Santo alive and talking in tome backgroud scene without bothering to explain why and how.
