This should be the year of Tag.
I want somebody to avenge him from unimaginative writers and make him improve his powers in awesome and creative ways.

Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way
Wind Dancer would be an invaluable defender of Krakoa, particularly when Storm's away. With good sensors (say, lots of telepaths and technopaths), any kind of aerial reconnaissance or attack could likely be thwarted without taxing Black Tom further. Or showing their various other defences.
I just realized that Too Much Information was set 18 years after 2005
So for David to be president in 2023, then he must have run in 2020
Alleyne 2020
I can already see the birther memes aimed at him being a Krakoan candidate.
my favorite trait of the x-kids, is how aggro and feral they are compared to other teen heroes.
dust immediatly going "well pitty, i guess you die" to the alien chick in champions after she tried to stab her, while everyone else was so shook.
For the x-kids its on SIGHT, they have 2 modes : maim or slaughter, you cant be caught sliping near these younglings, they WILL deal with you.
The alien girl's name is Kaldera.
And Dust no-selling getting stabbed was awesome.

I totally only just realized the book is going to reunite David & Josh. It hadn't even crossed my mind. Josh needs to bring back Wallflower & Icarus ASAP for an Academy X mini-reunion.
Also, I agree Mercury is baby, and I need her back. I'm glad Dust has a place among the Champions. I'm (im)patiently waiting for Hellion, Rockslide, Anole, Loa, Trance etc. to get books of their own
With today's recent events in Marauders, I feel like Hellion would be a welcome addition to the story
Captain, in Order to build a better world, sometimes means tearing the old one down... And that makes enemies.
Was Wallflower depowered or just murdered with her powers.
I think Mercury would fit in well with the Champions. Not only does she get along well with Dust, but I also think that from all the New X-Men, she'd be the most likely to feel out of place on Krakoa, more so than Laura (I still believe that Laura's complaint in Fallen Angels that the place is too safe was weirdly forced, considering their head of state got shot in the face like a day before by skydiving terrorists). As a post-biological entity, she exists outside the arbitrary categories of human, mutant, or machine, and it wouldn't be surprising if she felt alienated by the apparent shunning of "non-living" technology, and it's questionable whether Krakoa itself would even recognize her as a mutant due to her lack of any organic material. Also, those regular EMPs they employ as a surveillance countermeasure have to be annoying to someone whose body is as conductive as hers.
Not to mention she barely makes it to wallpaper status anymore, giving me the impression there's no one left in the X-offices who still cares about her, and short of Kris Anka getting a writing gig there seems to be little reason to hope she'll show up in an X-book again anytime soon.
Do y’all think Duggan read New X-Men?
