Glob, and Armor debuted in series that were generally more popular, and well received than Academy X/Childhood's End. Riding on their coattails is probably the best anyone can hope for the majority of the students.



Pixie is an unnaturally good fit for such an issue. She's tailor-made Molly recruitment.

Nowhere does it say that art is specifically New X-Men... seems to range from Academy X through to Wolverine and the X-Men (which is where Nature Girl debuted). Maybe Laura's absence is a sign that the artists sees her as one of the main X-Men now - she did have a solo book not long ago.

Pixie and Logan will be appearing in June's issue of Runaways. They want to bring Molly to Krakoa.

I didn't hate it, felt like a pitch for something more along the lines of Exiles than anything else though. But I like Sanford Greene's art more than most as well.

Has it been brought up as a possibility in a comic since? I know there are shippers out there, but I couldn't say if they've shared panel time since.

Elixir swinging the gate from mutant-hating bigot to literally the role X-Man played in AoXM by making every single person on the planet a mutant was a great concept. It kind of happened... sort of. It also got directly subverted afterwards-

Some Notes

• Looks like Roxy and Cessily have either broken up or started an open relationship as we see the former flirting with Transonic. Does this make Laurie bi or gay because I can’t recall her ever having a crush on a guy.
• Cassara really seems to like drawing Gentle. It’s really cool seeing him drawn next to Xavier and Magneto.
• I love Anole getting a pretty important role in building entertainment spots on Krakoa. Wishful thinking but we know Blob in his new role as another bartender at the Green Lagoon will be making some appearance in X-Factor, so I hope that means we get to see Victor too.
