New X-Men Appreciation 2020

That's just beautiful art, and Indra, Loa, Trance and Bling!? Some of my faves, and not at all the 'A-team' members of the Hellions or New Mutants lineups from the Academy X years! (And while Match isn't a fave, he's still cool to see!)

Some of the other lesser seen students, like Specter, Dryad, Quill, Wolf Cub, Tantra, Ernst and Gentle, would be neat. (Or Network, Preview, Kidogo, Flubber, Rain Boy, Onyxx, DJ, Martha Johanssen and Rubbermaid, but they are either not terribly dynamic, visually, or not somebody I'm burning to see, in the case of Onyxx, DJ, Rain Boy or Rubbermaid.)

I really like how Loa seems to liquefying the robot in that fanart. It's different from how her power is usually presented, shredding matter or disintegration, but it works pretty well

It just seems easier to "swim" through liquids

Maybe she has control over how things are destroyed from liquification to shredding. I would have liked for Kitty to be her mentor as their powers are similar yet so radically different. ALso she finally looks like she is suppose to look racially.

Was Trance the sister of Preview, or was that Network?

'Cause it would be interesting if one of the pair was seen on Krakoa, and trying to resolve why her sister (a precognitive) seemed to be getting the run-around about emigrating to the island...
