I really like the details on how the lightning bolt on her uniform becomes a scarf draping off the top of her shoulder like that. I don't think I ever saw that before in a costume design.

Yeah, that statement is a load of bull. As I said in the "are the solicits due today" thread, if they're not in Previews, they're not on the order form, therefore, they must be digital exclusive.

The book does have a page in the Previews website claiming it'll be in shops on September 9 (it's the first link posted by Snoop Dogg above). So it seems like Marvel just really decided to not include it in solicits for whatever reason.

If they are reworking it to be less reliant on Outlawed, it could make sense to not want to include it in the solicits, if the solicit would end up not being accurate when the final issue was released. The solicits' original intent may have been for store owners to order from but by this point the publishers know more readers than shop owners read them, and use them to speculate on and such. You'd think they'd prefer to just go with 'TBD' or something for it but... Just saying this may end up being a last minute rush job to reduce excise Outlawed from the book, but still have to come out, and details on how that's going to happen are not yet decided. Its an unusual situation that will likely end up with some unusual measures being taken. Tho this just goes for Ms Marvel, can't say what the reason might be for the other missing books

That's the Phoenix variant cover from Champions #15, back when Mark Waid was still writing it. Weird that it was used there and not on her solo book.
