Do we know why Ben is the only FF member in King in Black?

Do we know for sure that he is? Only one issue is out so far, and Johnny was also in it. We only saw him in one panel, but he was there. We also know the FF book is doing a tie-in to the event. Just because we didn't see Reed and Sue in issue #1 of the event doesn't necessarily mean they won't show up at all.

You'd think they'd call the guy made out of fire in this type of situation...
Or the woman who can damage Celestials when you see them descend from the sky.

I understand why they tend use Ben in events, but using the others more would benefit the teams popularity. The others should have the chance to shine outside of the FF book more so people who don't read FF can at least see how cool they are.

Reed, Sue and Ben have families to protect so Johnny should have been the one to face Knull. I have a feeling just about everyone's going to be smashing Celestials by the time this event is over so Sue should just stay out of sight before she shows up only to be useless again. Lol.

Yeah, anybody with fire or sonic powers would deal Knull's forces a heavy blow at least. So, Human Torch, Ghost Rider, Songbird, Banshee, people like that.

I'm not sure about Knull but his dragons are supposedly highly resistant to fire, but the other symbiotes still seem to be vulnerable to fire and sonics since we've seen Bruce Banner kill some symbiotes with speakers and a makeshift flamethrower in Hulk's King in Black oneshot.
