I would put money on Alicia wearing Reed's armor. Now that she's an official member of the family and is also guardian to Kree and Skrull kids - she's going to need some sort of protection.

That does make sense, since Ben is behind the armor wearer. If so, I wonder if Reed's modified the helmet to give Alicia something similar to Daredevil's radar sense powers? It's hard to pilot an Iron Man suit if you can't see.
