The Fantastic Four Appreciation 2020

I attempted to read the first issue of last year's Fantastic Four: Grand Design. By merely the third page, I had incurred a throbbing headache and had to move on to the next title in my list. This has been my review.

I have read fanfics on AO3 that incurred less headaches. I can't even read some of them.

Funny how the Thing points out how the people he fights with tend to make speeches, because in my reading so far, I felt that Stan Lee tends to include a lot of dialogue to the point that it can warp the pace of a fight that’s otherwise supposed to be fast-paced (Fantastic Four #18, September 1963):
